Fit Plan $12/meal

A variety of healthy carbs, protein, and fresh veggies (4 oz. each). Ideal for people who want to eat healthy and not sacrifice flavor. Macros range 420-500 calories, 30-50g carbs, 8-20g fat, 28-40g protein per meal.


Athlete Plan $15/meal

This is the same as our fit plan but with bigger portions (6 oz. each carb, protein, veg), for the active individual. Macros range 620-700 calories, 50-70g carbs, 20-30g fat, 45-60g protein per meal.


low carb Plan $13/meal

Vegetable substitute (spaghetti squash, cauliflower rice, butternut squash, etc.) in place of starchier carbs like rice, potatoes, and pasta. Macros range 375-420 calories, 8-16g net carbs, 10-20g fat, 28-40g protein per meal.
