What are pick up times?

7am -7pm on Sundays and Wednesdays, Yes we will hold an extra day if you can't make it those times. 


What are delivery days and times?

We deliver twice weekly on Sundays and Wednesdays between 9am and 5pm. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as our route covers a large region and changes each week. We cannot accommodate to deliveries needed at specific times.


What if I’m not home for delivery?

We require the purchase of an insulated After Body Meals cooler bag and icepack with your first order. These are yours to keep and set out on delivery days if you will not be home during delivery hours. You’re welcome to use your own cooler in place of/in addition to the After Body Meals cooler, however, if no one is home and there is no cooler left outside at the time of delivery, you will be charged for the cooler and icepack we provide.


Delivery range?

We currently deliver to Volusia County (Edgewater, New Smyrna Beach, Port Orange, Ponce Inlet, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Deland, Deltona, Debary) and the greater Orlando area.


Are the meals Frozen?

No, the meals are delivered fresh. If you can't eat them by the best by date they do freeze well and can be thawed out a day prior to eating.


 Does the menu change? 

We launch a new menu each week, which is typically posted online by no later than Wednesday morning. 


What is the order deadline?

The order deadline is Friday by noon to receive your meals on Sunday. For Wednesday delivery the order deadline is Sunday by Noon. 


How do I sign up for autopay?

There is an option at check out to save 5% if you choose auto pay. You can also call or email us at 386-233-3415 / orders@afterbodymeals.com


How do I cancel autopay?

Log into account online afterbodymeals.com or contact us by calling/texting 386-233-3415 or emailing info@afterbodymeals.com.


Can I pick up my meals?

We are located at 933 Beville Road Unit 101E in South Daytona, open from 7 am to 7 pm daily. We have individual meals for sale on a first-come-first-serve basis (Hint: Sundays and Wednesdays start a new cycle of fully stocked meals!). You can also guarantee availability of meals by ordering online for pick-up rather than delivery, you also save the $5 delivery fee this way.  


What if I am allergic to something specific that is on the menu? 

 You can choose a different meal if you are allergic to a specific menu item or if you are on chefs choice you will recieve a different meal or a substitution. We can't cater to major spice allergies like pepper and garlic. 


 What if I’m not home, how will I know when/if my meals got delivered?

Our app will message you when the delivery driver is in route, then you will get another text after the meals have been delivered.


What happens if I forget to leave my cooler out on delivery day?

We will leave you another cooler and charge your account $10 for the purchase of another cooler.


How long do the meals last? How should I heat up my meals?

Theres a “best by” date on the label along with heating instructions and the macronutrients. The best by date is within 4 days receiving the meals. They will last longer by freezing if need be. 


How are the meals packaged?

Each separate meal will come in a plastic, recyclable/  BPA free microwavable container.


What makes a meal Paleo?

In a nutshell, the Paleo approach to eating is based on the notion that for optimal health, modern humans should go back to eating real, whole unprocessed foods that are more healthful than harmful to our bodies.


What is the difference between the Fit Plan and Athlete Plan?

The Fit Plan has 4 oz of a protein, 4oz of a veggie and 4oz of a starch and the Athlete Plan comes with 6oz of a protein, 6oz of a veggie and 6oz of a starch.
