How we got started

After Body Meals was started in Port Orange, Florida by young entrepreneur Kirk Girdley. While studying exercise and fitness, Kirk grew a passion for healthy cooking. When meal prepping for himself, he discovered a demand for healthy, convenient meals in his community. Kirk began meal prepping and delivering meals to friends and family who didn’t have the time to do it themselves. Before long, he decided to quit his job waiting tables and focus on providing so much more than just a container of measured food.

“Meal prep” tends to have a monotonous and somewhat intimidating connotation (i.e. you have to be a gym rat and eat the same thing every day to hit your macros). With After Body Meals, Kirk set out to make meal prep exciting, accessible, and rewarding. After Body Meals offers nutritious, gourmet food that lends healthy results and even life-changing transformations. In fact, we got the name After Body Meals after witnessing so many clients’ “before and after” pictures once they committed to a healthy lifestyle.

We support local farms

We currently are buying our vegetables from Tomazin Farms in Samsula. You can really taste the difference of locally sourced vegetables vs vegetables that are shipped in. Buying local helps the community, is more nutritious, and tastes even more amazing!
