What are delivery days and times?

We deliver to South Daytona, Port Orange, New Smyrna, and Edgewater areas on Saturdays and Tuesdays between 1:30pm and 8pm. We deliver to Daytona, Ormond, and West Volusia/Orlando areas on Sundays and Wednesdays between 9am-5pm. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as our route covers a large region and changes each week. We cannot accommodate to deliveries needed at specific times.


What if I’m not home for delivery?

We require the purchase of an insulated After Body Meals cooler bag and icepacks with your first delivery order. These are yours to keep and set out on delivery days if you will not be home during delivery hours. You’re welcome to use your own cooler in place of/in addition to the After Body Meals cooler, however, if no one is home and there is no cooler left outside at the time of delivery, you will be charged for the cooler and ice packs we provide.


Delivery range?

We currently deliver to Volusia County (Edgewater, New Smyrna Beach, Port Orange, Ponce Inlet, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Deland, Deltona, Debary) and the greater Orlando area.


Are the meals Frozen?

No, the meals are delivered fresh. If you can't eat them by the best by date they do freeze well and can be thawed out a day prior to eating.


 Does the menu change? 

We launch a new menu each week! We rotate our weekly menus so you get to enjoy your favorites again every few weeks.


What is the order deadline?

Friday by noon for Sunday delivery/pick up and Monday by 9am for Wednesday delivery/pick up.


How do I sign up for autopay?

You have the option to order a la carte or with a subscription. Subscription orders will be renewed each week and save you 5%! You can still select your meals and edit, pause, or cancel your subscription before order deadlines.


How do I cancel autopay?

Log in to your account online afterbodymeals.com or contact us by calling/texting 386-233-3415 or emailing info@afterbodymeals.com.


What if I am allergic to something specific that is on the menu? 

 You can choose a different meal if you are allergic to a specific menu item, or if you are on chef’s choice you will receive a different meal or a substitution.


What if I’m not home, how will I know when/if my meals got delivered?

Our app will message you when the delivery driver is en route, then you will get another text after the meals have been delivered.


What happens if I forget to leave my cooler out on delivery day?

We will leave you another cooler and charge your account $10 for the purchase of another cooler.


How long do the meals last? How should I heat up my meals?

The best by date we put on the label is within 4 days of making the meals. They will last longer by freezing if needed. You can microwave in the BPA/recyclable container for 2-3 minutes or empty the contents into an oven proof pan and heat at 350 for about 10 minutes.


How are the meals packaged?

Each meal will come in a plastic, recyclable/ BPA free microwavable container. They are fresh, fully-cooked, and refrigerated.


What is the difference between the Fit Plan and Athlete Plan?

The Fit Plan has 4 oz of a protein, 4 oz of a veggie and 4 oz of a starch. The Athlete Plan comes with 6 oz of each.


DO YOU OFFER VEGAN/VEGETARIAN MEALS?

We do not offer a specific vegan/vegetarian menu. We can recommend some good local companies.


do you have macros/nutrition info for each meal?

The calorie, carb, fat, and protein content is printed on the label of each meal. You can also view the macros prior to ordering when you choose an “a la carte” order.
